Job Description Production Manager - Schult Homes in Buckeye, AZ Clayton Homes has built homes since 1956, winning multiple awards for design and construction through its affiliates and family of brands. Clayton Homes builds, sells, finances, leases and insures manufactured and modular homes, as well as commercial and educational buildings. Clayton Homes' purpose is opening doors to a better life, one home at a time. We are searching for a Production Manager at our Schult Homes building facility in Buckeye, AZ. The PM is responsible for supervising all phases of the homebuilding process, working directly with the Design and Operations Teams. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to lead large groups of people and focus on developing a culture of accountability working as a team. Strict adherence and compliance with quality assurance requirements to include HUD building codes. Be safety minded and ability to put Safety 1st - must adhere to strict safety rules and guidelines. Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience 10 years relevant management experience Previous constructionexperiencepreferred Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired QUALIFICATIONS Good planning and organizational skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as basic math skills Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desire Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a changing, fast-paced work environment Pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
