We are searching for a Production Manager at our Schult Homes building facility in Buckeye, AZ. The PM is responsible for supervising all phases of the homebuilding process, working directly with the Design and Operations Teams.

  • Ability to lead large groups of people and focus on developing a culture of accountability working as a team.
  • Strict adherence and compliance with quality assurance requirements to include HUD building codes.
  • Be safety minded and ability to put Safety 1st ? must adhere to strict safety rules and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 10 years relevant management experience
  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired


  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as basic math skills
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desire
  • Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols
  • Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
