Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment - Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols - Control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents - Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position - Knowledge of law enforcement procedures, security operations, and safety practices - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally - Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment - Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time - Must be able to obtain necessary security licenses or certifications as required by state regulations Note:
